From Exeter: Take the A30 west signposted Okehamton. Stay on the A30 past the Okehamton and Launceston turn off. Once you past the Bodmin turn off ,branch left sign posted St Austell then at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A391. Follow the A391 signposted St Austell until it meets the A390 turn right onto the A390. Staying on the A390 you will pass an ASDA supermarket on the left,shortly after passing this you will come to a double roundabout with a Mc Donalds on the left,at the double roundabout go straight across.Acorn Villas Pondhu crescent is on the right after 300 metres
