Peruppa is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse situated within the wider estate of The Lost Gardens of Heligan. We sit amongst the wildlife rich fields and woodlands, just far enough from towns and cities to offer a peaceful retreat whilst still being close to Cornwall's major attractions, villages, towns and city. Our guests can relax in cosy guest living room beside the open coal fire (often with cuddles from our resident cat!). The kitchen is the hub of the house, all guests are welcome to make full use of the facilities, keep a few things in the fridge and cook yourself a meal any time. We have a dining room with an original red brick feature fireplace, one of the more obvious original features of the house. The house sits at a crossroads between the network of foot and cyclepaths, 30 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach at Pentewan and the historic fishing village of Mevagissey is only 1 mile away. Our closest shop and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 10 minutes walk along one of the many cycle paths and the famous Eden project is only 10 miles away. Newquay's surfing beaches are only 30 minutes drive. This is the perfect location for exploring the whole of Cornwall. We have 4 guest rooms in total, 3 double and one bunk room (sleeps 2) which can be let out individually or as a whole. We welcome well behaved pets (pets must be friendly with all other animals and people an we will ask that after booking you clarify this with us directly) and children. Cots, dog beds and hi-chairs are all available. As we are a very small business we do not process card transactions and will contact you via email after you book to ask for a direct payment in full to confirm your booking.
