Lower Barn is an award winning boutique guest house in the heart of the Cornish countryside, close to the sea, where you will enjoy being thoroughly spoilt. We offer relaxing breaks with sumptuous rooms, great food and holistic therapies which rival many more famous establishments, due to our personal touch! We have won many awards over the past few years, mainly due to our personality and style, which projects throughout the house, which is also our home. We have had rave reviews from our customers, many of whom return time after time to soak up the special atmosphere and sense of calm. Our latest review came from BBC Olive magazine and we think that it epitomizes the essence of Lower Barn ...Cornwall isn't just about Padstow. For the fresh approach, head south to Lower Barn (near St,Austell), a hidden gem of a BandB perfectly located for exploring the Roseland Peninsula, fishing villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown and the Eden Project. Rooms are as stylish as you'd find in a city boutique, there's a hot tub, chill-out room and therapies in the holistic teepee. As there is no bar on site, reasonable amounts of alcohol may be brought on on to the premises. Also available in the vicinity are various outdoor activities.
